Coherence retreats is where transformational retreats meet adventure travel.Â

Kimberly is the founder of Coherence Retreats, dedicated to guiding women on transformative journeys of spiritual evolution. Growing up traveling the world, Kimberly developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and a love for travel. About 10 years ago, she began her own wellness and self-development journey, finding clarity through various healing modalities. For over 4 years, Kimberly has been hosting retreats, creating nurturing spaces for women to explore, grow, and discover their soul's true purpose. Her mission is to empower women to harness their innate strengths and manifest their dream realities, supported by her extensive credentials in coaching, breathwork, meditation, hypnotherapy, and more.

You will need to have a valid passport fly into Juan SantamarĂa International Airport (SJO). Your passport needs to be valid for your length of stay. Please check requirements HERE.
Transportation from the SJO airport to our property will be provided. There is one shuttle picking up the entire group. We're in this together! It is a 3-4 hour drive from the airport to our property.Â
Landing in Costa Rica: The shuttle will depart the SJO airport on March 17th at 12:00 PM. We recommend you arrive in Costa Rica on the morning of the 17th (ideally before 11:00a). This will give you ample time to collect your luggage and meet us at the designated shuttle pick-up point.
Departing Costa Rica: On the 23rd, the shuttle will pick us up from the retreat property at 9:00 AM. We anticipate arriving at SJO between 12:00 to 1:00 PM. For your return flight, please consider booking one that departs in the late afternoon or night. This schedule will provide a comfortable buffer for airport check-in and security procedures.
Optional Early Arrival/Stay Late:
For those who prefer to arrive without morning rush, there’s an option to fly in a night earlier. You can choose to stay overnight in San Jose and join the group at the airport the following day for the shuttle departure. Same goes for the way back.
Both the Hampton by Hilton and the Marriott provide free shuttles to SJO. Alternatively, you could book another hotel or Airbnb (some cost as low as $25 per night) near the airport and Uber yourself to meet our shuttle at the airport!
This could be a great opportunity to rest and perhaps even explore Costa Rica a bit! The same goes for departure.
If you choose to rent your own car - that is an option too :)
