We are seeking a Guest Teacher ready to step into leadership and train to become a Retreat Host. This pathway begins with serving as a Guest Teacher for 1-2 retreats, allowing you to immerse yourself in the retreat experience while honing your skills and understanding our process. Proven experience in facilitation and holding space is required, as you’ll play a key role in leading workshops and supporting attendees. This is an incredible opportunity to grow into a leadership role with Coherence, guiding transformative retreats and inspiring others on their journeys.

This is a contract position paid per retreat. Compensation will be determined based on the retreat’s budget and confirmed with you prior to moving forward. This role is ideal for those seeking flexible, project-based opportunities to share their expertise and grow within the Coherence Retreats team.
