WHAT TO EXPECT

Coherence retreats is where transformational retreats meet adventure travel.

Each retreat brings a unique fusion of deep healing, immersive workshops, and beautiful encounters with nature.

It is a safe space for you to connect with other like-minded humans and meet your soul tribe!

Each facilitator brings their unique energy and gifts, holding space for growth, reflection, and the elevation of your highest self.

Our itinerary is crafted with intention and will be shared directly with our attendees.

Picture nourishing experiences like sound baths, yoga, breathwork, guided meditations, sacred ceremonies, and creative outlets like photoshoots, and vocal activations. Alongside these, enjoy activities like reiki, cacao ceremonies, astrological guidance, tarot readings, grounding hikes, and outdoor adventures—all infused with laughter, joy, and the warmth of a new community.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

• Flights to Portugal
  • There are two airports that you can fly into: Lisbon International Airport LIS (2 hour drive), or Faro International Airport FAO (1 hour 45 minute drive).
• Transportation to the retreat center
  
  • There are two recommended options to arrive at at the property:
    • Rent a car *recommended* (we will help with coordinating carpooling)
    • Take a taxi/Uber from the airport (this option can be more expensive than just renting a car for the week)
• Alcohol, extra excursions, spa etc.

Kimberly, the founder of Coherence Retreats, is an embodied feminine leader dedicated to empowering women to carve their own paths and unlock their unlimited potential. With a decade of deep personal transformation and years of experience hosting retreats, she has guided hundreds of clients toward self-discovery, growth, and abundant living. Kimberly also supports spiritual entrepreneurs in creating soul-led businesses that allow them to break free from the 9-5 grind. Through her expertise in coaching, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and more, Kimberly offers nurturing spaces for women to harness their infinite power and manifest the lives their souls truly desire.

Regina is a psychic medium, medicine woman, and business mentor, guiding spiritual entrepreneurs worldwide to elevate their leadership, wealth, and impact while scaling soul-led, six-figure businesses. Regina empowers visionary leaders by deepening their spiritual connection, refining business strategies, and building prosperous communities. She has also spent the past year working with the Yawanawa Indigenous community in the Brazilian Amazon, co-hosting plant medicine retreats. Now, she’s thrilled to co-host a transformative retreat in Costa Rica, a place deeply influential in her own entrepreneurial journey.

Travel Plans

You’ll need a valid passport to fly into either Lisbon International Airport (LIS) or Faro Airport (FAO). Your passport should be valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned departure date. Please check requirements HERE.

Starting in 2025, visa-free travelers, including U.S. citizens, will need ETIAS authorization to visit Schengen countries. This €7 application is quick to complete online and valid for three years. Please click the link below to begin your process:

Arrival on July 1, 2025
We invite guests to arrive at the retreat property anytime after 4 PM, ideally between 4–7 PM, as we’ll serve dinner at 7:30/8 PM. The retreat location is approximately a two-hour drive from Lisbon and Faro

Departure on July 7, 2025
Check-out is at 10 AM. Breakfast on the final day will be served from 8–9 AM. Please note, the last meal provided is breakfast

Getting to the Retreat
We recommend renting a car for flexibility and ease in exploring the beautiful surroundings, as Uber and taxis are limited in the countryside. Car rentals are affordable, and we’ll set up a group chat for coordinating carpooling options to share costs. If you’d like to arrive to Portugal early, feel free to meet us at the retreat on July 1st.

The drive is smooth and scenic, with well-maintained roads and little traffic outside the city, making a rental car the best way to fully enjoy your stay!
